33rd Annual Route 66 Fun Run®

April 29th to May 1st, 2022

33rd Annual Fun Run Will be Held in 2022

All registrants who signed up to participate in the 2020 or 2021 Fun Run will have their registration transferred to 2022 Fun Run to be held April 29 – May 1, 2022. 

If you are unable to attend and would like a refund for your registration fee, please email [email protected] with your name and mailing address. We are experiencing a high call volume, so email is the preferred method of communication.

Start to Finish. 123 miles of Route 66.


The festivities start in Seligman on Friday with registration, music, entertainment, and checking out the sights of Seligman.

  • 8am - 2pm: Firefighter’s Fun Bake Sale, Pancakes & Sausages Breakfast (8am to 10:30am), & Smoking Hot BBQ (11am to 2pm). Proceeds go to the Seligman Fire Department. 
  • 12pm - 6pm: Registration in Seligman at the ACME Building.
  • 1pm - 4pm: Live music with the “Delgadillo’s Orchestra” at the Snow Cap Drive-In
  • 5pm - 8pm: All-you-can-eat Spaghetti Dinner at St. Frances Catholic Church
  • 6:45pm: Everyone is welcome to join in the line-up at the General Store for the Cruisin’ Route 66 Parade - parade begins at 7pm
  • 7pm - 11pm: Music at Snow Cap Drive-in with DJ Beauty & The Beast
  • 7pm - 12pm: Dance the night away at the Black Cat Bar, featuring “Rock Nine”

For those driving into Kingman on Friday, participants need to register at the Kingman Powerhouse.  Visitors can participate in First Friday in the Historic Downtown.

  • 10am - 4pm: Pick up registration packets in Kingman at the Powerhouse *you must reserve a pick up in Kingman, otherwise your packet is in Seligman
  • 5pm - 8pm: Downtown Kingman First Friday ‘Rockabily Romp’ block party on Beale Street.
  • 8pm - 10pm:  Route 66 Drive-in Movie Night at Best Western Plus Kings Inn Featuring American Graffiti, FREE to the public and sponsored by the City of Kingman Tourism Division.


Saturday morning in Seligman the vehicles will start to line up in preparation for the start of the FUN RUN® to Kingman which will kick off at 10am. Since this is not a timed event, please feel free to stop along the way to see attractions, take pictures, enjoy refreshments and check out the other vehicles as they cruise by.

  • Dawn:  Early birds start to line up on Hisotric Route 66
  • 7am - 10am:  Final registration at ACME Mobile Storage
  • 8am - 10am: Cinco de Mayo Breakfst at the Snow Cap Drive-In, featuring chorizo burritos and mimosa specials
  • 10am:  Angel Delgadillo will flag off the first car with Grand Marshal Bob "Boze" Bell leading the cars on the run to Kingman
  • 9am - 2pm:  Grand Canyon Caverns hosts Live Music, Char-Broiled Lunch, free hand dipped ice cream
  •  9am - 3pm:  Peach Springs 10th Annual Children’s Art Expo with live music at the Hualapai Culteral Center
  • 10am - 2pm:  Peach Springs Annual Hualapai BBQ with Fry Bread at the Route 66 Park
  • 10am - 2pm:  Hackberry General Store featuring live music and BBQ by Hog Heaven
  • 10am - 3pm: Mike’s Route 66 Outpost serving tacos and margaritas
  • Starting at 10am:  Valle Vista (Mile Marker 71) Firemen's BBQ, Craft & Bake Sale. Raffle tickets on sale, winner announced at the Powerhouse at 4pm
  • 9am - 5pm:  Kingman Show & Shine with vendors, music, activities for the family (judging is 3pm to 5pm), tours of the Mohave Museum of History & Arts
  • 2pm - 4pm: Bob Boze Bell Book Signing at the Powerhouse
  • 3pm - 5pm: Judging (please leave your car parked during this time)
  • 5pm - 7 pm Classics & Cocktails Happy Hour at Rickety Cricket Brewing on Beale Street.
  • 6pm: Street closures end, streets re-open to traffic, cars parked in open lanes may be towed.

Upon arrival in Kingman between 11am and 3pm, we will be lining up vehicles (not only cars but busses, vans, motorcycles and RVs) on Route 66 (Andy Devine Ave) and Beale Street for viewing and Fun Run judging. Entertainment, activities and vendors will be downtown all day until 5pm.

Saturday evening, participants can enjoy the night scene in Historic Downtown Kingman, or go out for dinner at one of Kingman’s eclectic restaurants.


Sunday morning the vehicles will line up for the run to Topock/Golden Shores for the final get-together and awards - awards ceremony starting at 12:30pm. Again, not a timed run so there is plenty of time to stop along the way with Oatman being a fun place. We promise to have each and every burro in the neighborhood on the hoof to meet and greet our Fun Runners.

  • Dawn:  Cars begin meeting at the Powerhouse Visitor Center, overflow parking at the Mohave Museum of History & Arts. Victoria's Sugar Shack will be selling coffee and breakfast burritos!
  • 9am:  Cars begin cruise on Historic Route 66 to Oatman, led by Jingles, the historic Kingman police car
  • All Day: Visit with Crazy Ray at Cool Springs and enjoy Big Dog Chili Dogs & Hot Dogs
  • All Day:  Oatman hosts burros and gun fights. Parking on the South end of town
  • Starting at 11am:  Refreshments, Food & Vendors in Topock/Golden Shores
  • Starting at 12:30pm:  Show & Shine Awards Ceremony & Raffles at Topock/Golden Shores Community Center
